About Me

ASPIRING PHD STUDENT AND ML ENGINEER

I am an aspiring machine learning PhD student. I graduted with a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Redlands with a minor in mathematics. I am very grateful for my education there where I recieved multiple honors including the David Miller Award award given to an outstanding physics senior and The Robert D. Engel Award award given to two students from all the collective sciences. Thank you to my professors, research advisors, and friends who motivated me throughout my time there.

It is sort of strange that a physics major wants to pursue an advanced education in machine learning, but my emphasis throughout college was statistics and data science, where machine learning was introduced near the end. The class was career changing. I felt proud that I could use the stats, probability, and programming I have learned and apply it to this branch of computer science.

My research interests include physics and chaos theory, eSports and game modeling, as well as economics and health. I have worked and completed formal research projects ranging from the study of chaos in electrical systems, as well as studying of economic assistance in preventing child labor.
